Go Succeed: Empowering Businesses and Social Enterprises across Northern Ireland.

We’ve all heard before that ‘Micro and SME Businesses are the beating heart of the Northern Ireland Economy’. According to the Department for the Economy, in March 2023, 89% of NI businesses were Micro Enterprises, employing fewer than 10 people. It’s therefore vital that these businesses have access to the right support at the right time to enable them to survive, grow and indeed flourish.

Led by the 11 Councils and funded by the UK Government, Go Succeed represents a significant investment in local entrepreneurship and businesses.

Go Succeed as a service is designed to help Micro and SME businesses and Social Enterprises to reach new heights, equipping them with the tailored guidance and resources they need to thrive. The service connects participants at all stages of business with mentors who bring relevant experience, providing guidance specifically to help address individual barriers to growth. This bespoke mentoring support can often be transformative, fostering innovative solutions and helping organisations to accelerate their growth.

As well as mentoring support, Go Succeed offers opportunities for peer learning through Workshops, Webinars and Support Networks delivered both online and in person. Topics covered are wide ranging and are delivered by industry and subject matter experts to ensure that there is something for everyone. We also have a huge focus on identifying other supports and linkages which may benefit your business.

To date our team has engaged with almost 3,000 growth focused businesses over a 12 month period and with each successful engagement, we are seeing real, measurable outcomes—whether it’s growth in revenue, job creation, or increased social impact. Participating organisations are not only reaching their goals but are contributing to the local economy’s resilience and sustainability.

If you own or manage a business or social enterprise and are ready to take the next step why not sign up to Go Succeed to see how we can help? - https://go-succeed.com/sign-up/.
